Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
