The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
