Say thou: Allah sufficeth for witness between me and you: He knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. And they who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in Allah, those: they shall be the losers. 52 And they ask thee to hasten on the torment. And had not there been a term appointed, the torment would surely have come unto them. And surely it shall come upon them of a sudden while they perceive not. 53 They ask you to hasten the chastisement upon them although Hell encompasses the unbelievers. 54 Upon the day the chastisement shall overwhelm them from above them and from under their feet, and He shall say, 'Taste now what you were doing!' 55 O my bondmen who believe! Lo! My earth is spacious. Therefor serve Me only. 56 Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned. 57 We shall lodge forever those who believe and do good works in the mansions of Paradise beside which rivers flow. How excellent is the reward of those who labour, 58 Who persevere and place their trust in their Lord. 59 How many a beast does not bear its own provision. Allah provides for it, as (He provides) for you. He is the Hearer, the Knower. 60 If you ask them, "Who has created the heavens and the earth and has subdued the sun and moon?" They will say, "God has done it." So why are they wandering about!? 61 Allah outspreads and restricts His provision to whomsoever He will of His worshipers. Allah has knowledge of all things. 62 And wert thou to ask them: who sendeth down water from the heaven, and therewith quickeneth the earth after the death thereof? they would surely say: Allah. Say thou: all praise unto Allah! Aye! most of them reflect not. 63
