Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
The desire to have more of the worldly gains have pre-occupied you so much (that you have neglected remembring God), 1 Until ye come to the graves. 2 Nay, in time you will come to understand! 3 Nay, but ye will come to know! 4 Nay! If you knew with a sure knowledge (the end result of piling up, you would not have occupied yourselves in worldly things) 5 You will be shown hell 6 In the end you will indeed, most surely, behold it with the eye of certainty: 7 Then you will surely be asked that Day about pleasure. 8
