The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the fig, by the olive, 1 And the Mount of Sinai, 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 Then We render him the lowest of the low. 5 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. 6 What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest of all sovereigns? 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
