The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And raiding at dawn 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
