The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 And the Mount of Sinai, 2 and by this inviolable city, Mecca. 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 Then brought him down to the lowest of the low, 5 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. 6 Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)? 7 Is not Allah the most just of judges? 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
