And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will say: Unto Allah. Say: Will ye not then remember? 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: "God." Say: "Then why do you not obey and fear Him?" 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah has not taken to Himself any son, there is no other god with Him. Were this otherwise each god would have taken that which he created, and some of them would have risen above others; Exalted is Allah beyond that they describe! 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
