The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven is split asunder, 1 And obeys its Lord and it must. 2 and when the earth is stretched out 3 and casts out all that is within it and becomes empty; 4 And listens and obeys its Lord, and it must do so; 5 O man, indeed you have to surely run towards your Lord, and to meet him. 6 Then as for he who is given his record in his right hand, 7 shall have an easy reckoning 8 And he shall go back to his people joyful. 9 But as for those whose Book of records will be given behind their backs, 10 he shall call for destruction 11 And shall enter a blazing Fire, and made to taste its burning. 12 Once, he lived joyfully among his family 13 Surely he thought that he would never return. 14 Yea! surely his Lord does ever see him. 15 So I swear by the twilight glow 16 And by oath of the night and all that gathers in it. 17 and the moon, as it grows to its fullness: 18 That you shall most certainly enter one state after another. 19 What is the matter with them? Why do they not believe? 20 And when the Qur’an is recited to them, they do not fall prostrate? (Command of Prostration # 13) ۩ 21 But those who have disbelieved deny, 22 And Allah knoweth best what they are hiding. 23 So give them the good news of a painful chastisement, 24 except to those who believe, and do righteous deeds, for theirs is an unfailing recompense. 25
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
