۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
