Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
