Seest thou not that it is Allah Whose praises all beings in the heavens and on earth do celebrate, and the birds (of the air) with wings outspread? Each one knows its own (mode of) prayer and praise. And Allah knows well all that they do. 41 For God's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and the returning is to God. 42 Have you not seen that God drives the clouds, then joins them together and puts them fold on fold. Then you see the rain fall through them; and He sends down hail from the sky where there are mountains of it, and strikes those with it whom He will, and wards it off from whomsoever He please. His lightning could snatch away their eyes. 43 It is God who causes night and day to alternate: in this [too,] behold, there is surely a lesson for all who have eyes to see! 44 Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent. 45 Now We have sent down signs making all clear; God guides whomsoever He will to a straight path. 46 They say they believe in God and the Prophet, and have come to believe, yet a section of them turns back even after this; and these are not believers. 47 And [so it is that] whenever they are summoned unto God and His Apostle in order that [the divine writ] might judge between them, lo! some of them turn away; 48 But if the right is theirs, they come to him in prompt obedience. 49 Is there a disease in their hearts? Or do they doubt or fear lest Allah and His Messenger (SAW) should wrong them in judgement. Nay, it is they themselves who are the Zalimun (polytheists, hypocrites and wrong-doers, etc.). 50
