Say, "Travel about the land and see what was the end of the deniers." 11 Say: 'To whom belongs what is in the heavens and in the earth?' Say: 'It is God's. He has prescribed for Himself mercy. He will surely gather you to the Resurrection Day, of which is no doubt. Those who have lost their souls, they do not believe. 12 ۞ And to Him belongs all that dwells in the night and the day. He is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. 13 Say: "Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth? And He it is that feedeth but is not fed." Say: "Nay! but I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah (in Islam), and be not thou of the company of those who join gods with Allah." 14 Say, “If I disobey my Lord, I then fear the punishment of the Great Day (of Resurrection).” 15 Whosoever is spared that Day will surely have mercy shown to him, and this will be a clear triumph. 16 If Allah visits you with affliction, none can remove it except He; and if He touches you with good, indeed, He has power over all things. 17 He is the Omnipotent over His bondmen; and He is the Wise, the Aware. 18 Ask: "Of all things what is most vital as evidence?" Say: "God (who) is witness between you and me that this Qur'an has been revealed to me that I may warn you on its strength, and those whom it reaches. Do you really bear witness there are other gods with God?" Tell them: "I bear no such Witness." Say: "Verily He is the only God, and I am clear of what you associate (with Him)." 19 Those whom We have vouchsafed the Book recognise him even as they recognise their own children. Yet those who have lost themselves will not believe. 20
