The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
