With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
