Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
