The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And lo! he is a witness unto that; 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
