People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind, 1 The King of men, 2 The god (or judge) of Mankind,- 3 "From the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart after one remembers Allah), 4 Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - 5 "Of jinns and men." 6

True are the words of God the Almighty.
