We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
