The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
