The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the great event comes to pass, 1 (and none denies its descending) 2 (it will) abase (some) and exalt (others). 3 when the earth will suddenly shake with a terrible shaking, 4 and the mountains are totally shattered and crumble to pieces 5 Becoming dust scattered abroad, 6 And you become [of] three kinds: 7 So those on the Right Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Records in their right hands), Who will be those on the Right Hand? (As a respect for them, because they will enter Paradise). 8 The people of the left hand - those whose books of records will be placed in their left hands. How miserable they will be! 9 The foremost ones (in faith and virtue) - the foremost ones in receiving their reward. 10 Who will be honoured 11 In the Gardens of Pleasure, 12 A number of people from those of old, 13 And a few of those of later time. 14 On couches wrought of gold, 15 facing one another. 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 Carrying bowls and pitchers – and cups filled with wine flowing before them. 18 Whereby there shall be neither headiness nor will they be inebriated. 19 And fruit that they prefer 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire. 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 Like pearls within their shells, 23 shall be their recompense for their deeds. 24 No Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk) will they hear therein, nor any sinful speech (like backbiting, etc.). 25 only the saying 'Peace, Peace!' 26 And those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand? 27 (will be) among thornless Lote trees. 28 and acacias flower-clad, 29 and shade extended, 30 And water poured out 31 And fruit abundant. 32 unfailing and not forbidden. 33 And exalted thrones. 34 Indeed We formed them (the houris and all believing women), 35 And made them virgins, 36 intensely loving and of matching age. 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
