The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Did He not cause their schemes to go astray? 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 which showered them with small pebbles of clay 4 and made them like straw eaten up (by cattle). 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
