Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Mighty, the Pardoning. 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 “You are neglectful of it!” 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 had it not been revealed unto me [by God] - to no other end than that I might convey [unto you] a plain warning. 70 When thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to create a mortal out of mire, 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 Said He: "O Iblis! What has kept thee from prostrating thyself before that [being] which I have created with My hands? Art thou too proud [to bow down before another created being,] or art thou of those who think [only] of themselves as high?" 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 And surely My curse is on you to the day of judgment. 78 Said he, 'My Lord, respite me till the day they shall be raised.' 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 That I will fill Hell with you [Iblis (Satan)] and those of them (mankind) that follow you, together." 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
