Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Hast thou seen him who cries lies to the Doom? 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 to those who make display 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
