Al-Anbyaa' 3 of 7
Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We parted them? And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? 30 And We placed within the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with them, and We made therein [mountain] passes [as] roads that they might be guided. 31 and [that] We have set up the sky as a canopy well-secured? And yet, they stubbornly turn away from [all] the signs of this [creation,] 32 It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Each of them is floating in its orbit. 33 We have never assigned immortality to a human before you, therefore, if you yourself die, will they live for ever? 34 Every soul shall taste death; We test you with both good and evil [circumstances] as a trial. To Us you shall return. 35 And when the disbelievers see you, they do not appoint you except as an object of mockery; “Is he the one who speaks ill of your Gods?”; whereas they deny the remembrance of the Most Gracious Himself! 36 The human being is created hasty. Tell them, "Do not be hasty, for God will soon show you the evidence of His existence". 37 They say, 'And when shall the promise come to pass, if you speak truly?' 38 If only those who deny the truth knew the time when they would not be able to ward off the fire neither from their faces nor from their backs. They will not be helped! 39 Indeed, it will come upon them suddenly and confound them; and they will not be able to ward it off, nor shall they be reprieved. 40 And assuredly mocked were the apostles before thee, then there surrounded those of them who scoffed that whereat they had been mocking! 41

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
