۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
