O My slaves! For you there is no fear this day, nor is it ye who grieve; 68 Those who have faith in Our revelations and have submitted themselves to Our will, 69 Enter the garden, you and your wives; you shall be made happy. 70 Dishes and goblets of gold will be passed around them with all that their souls desire and their eyes delight in. "There you will remain forever: 71 And this is the garden which you are given as an inheritance on account of what you did. 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 The criminals will live forever in the torment of hell. Their torment will not be relieved and they will despair of escaping. 74 It will not decrease for them; dumb with despair they will stay in it. 75 And We did not oppress them at all, but they themselves were unjust. 76 They will call (to the keeper of Hell-gate): "O Malik, let your Lord decide our fate." He will answer: "You are to stay." 77 INDEED, [O you sinners,] We have conveyed the truth unto you; but most of you abhor the truth. 78 Have they determined an affair? then verily We are also determining. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsel? (Yes We do) and Our Messengers (appointed angels in charge of mankind) are by them, to record. 80 Say: “If the Merciful One had a son, I would have been the first one to worship him.” 81 Exalted be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, above what they attribute to Him. 82 So leave them (alone) to speak nonsense and play until they meet the Day of theirs, which they have been promised. 83 for [then they will come to know that] it is He [alone] who is God in heaven and God on earth, and [that] He alone is truly wise, all-knowing. 84 And blest be He Whose is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, and with Him is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Him ye will be made to return. 85 And those [beings] whom some invoke beside God have it not in their power to intercede [on Judgment Day] for any but such as have [in their lifetime] borne witness to the truth, and have been aware [that God is one and unique]. 86 And if you ask them as to Who created them, they will surely answer “Allah” – so where are they reverting? 87 And [Allah acknowledges] his saying, "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe." 88 Turn away from them and say: "Peace." They will come to know soon. 89
