In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the emissary winds, (sent) one after another 1 By the raging hurricanes, 2 And scatter (things) far and wide; 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 And those winds that bring down the remembrance. 5 to excuse some and warn others: 6 that which you have been promised shall be fulfilled. 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 The heavens split asunder, 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 and the appointed time to bring the Messengers together arrives, (then shall the promised event come to pass). 11 to what day shall they be delayed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will make you comprehend what the day of decision is? 14 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 15 Did We not destroy the former peoples? 16 And We shall let them be followed by those of later times: 17 Thus do We deal with the sinful ones. 18 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 19 Did We not create you out of a humble fluid 20 which We then placed in a secure repository 21 for an appointed term? 22 We determined; excellent determiners are We. 23 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 Of the living and the dead? 26 place on it high mountains and provide you with fresh water? 27 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 28 "Go to what you used to deny; 29 Go on towards the threefold shadow 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 that shoots sparks like dry faggots, 32 Seeming like yellow camels. 33 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 34 that Day on which they will not [be able to] utter a word, 35 Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas. 36 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 37 That will be a Day of Sorting out! We shall gather you together and those before (you)! 38 So if you have a plan, then plan against Me. 39 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
