Say thou: Allah sufficeth for witness between me and you: He knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. And they who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in Allah, those: they shall be the losers. 52 They want you to hasten the punishment: But for a time already determined the punishment would have come upon them. It will come upon them all too suddenly, and they will be caught unawares. 53 They urge you to hasten the punishment; and indeed hell has encompassed the disbelievers. 54 On the Day the punishment shall cover them from above them and from beneath their feet, He shall say: 'Taste now what you were doing' 55 O My bondmen who believe! verily My earth is wide, so Me alone worship. 56 Every soul shall have a taste of death in the end to Us shall ye be brought back. 57 And those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, to them We shall surely give lofty dwellings in Paradise, underneath which rivers flow, to live therein forever. Excellent is the reward of the workers. 58 such men as are patient, and put their trust in their Lord. 59 And how many a creature carries not its [own] provision. Allah provides for it and for you. And He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 60 If you were to ask them: "Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon?" They will surely reply: "Allah." How then are they deviating (as polytheists and disbelievers)? 61 Allah extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts for him. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing. 62 And if you ask them who it is that sends down water from the sky and revives the earth with it after its death, they will surely answer, "God." Then praise be to God. But most of them do not understand. 63
