Exalted is He who put constellations in the heavens, a radiant lamp and an illuminating moon -- 61 And it is He Who made the Night and the Day to follow each other: for such as have the will to celebrate His praises or to show their gratitude. 62 And the bondmen of the Most Gracious who walk upon the earth humbly, and when the ignorant address them they answer, “Peace”. (Good –bye) 63 They are those who spend the night worshipping their Lord, prostrating, and standing, 64 And those who say, "Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, its punishment is ever adhering; 65 it is an evil abode and an evil resting place": 66 Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes); 67 Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment. 68 The doom will be doubled for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein disdained for ever; 69 except he who repents and believes and does good works those, Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds; Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 70 And whosoever repenteth and worketh righteously, then verily he repenteth toward Allah with a true repentance. 71 And those who do not bear false witness, and when they pass by frivolity, they pass by with dignity; 72 Who, when reminded of their Lord's revelations, do not fall for them like the deaf and blind; 73 Those who say: 'Lord give us of our wives and children what pleases our eyes and make us leaders to the fearful' 74 Those shall be recompensed with the highest rank for their patience. There they shall receive a greeting, and peace! 75 Therein they shall dwell forever; fair it is as a lodging-place and an abode. 76 Say: My Lord would not care for you were it not for your prayer; but you have indeed rejected (the truth), so that which shall cleave shall come. 77
