۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
