The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
