And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 and at night.
