With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
