And indeed We sent Musa (Moses) with Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and a manifest authority; 96 Unto Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they did follow the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was no right guide. 97 He will precede his people on the Day of Resurrection and lead them into the Fire; and wretched is the place to which they are led. 98 They were pursued by a curse in this world and so will they be on the Day of Resurrection. What an evil reward will they receive! 99 That, which We have related to you, is the news of the villages; some of them still stand, whereas others are stubble. 100 We wronged them not, but they wronged themselves. So their aliha (gods), other than Allah, whom they invoked, profited them naught when there came the Command of your Lord, nor did they add aught (to their lot) but destruction. 101 Thus was the punishment of your Lord when He punished the unjust people of the towns. The punishment of your Lord is certainly severe. 102 In this there is, certainly, a lesson for those who fear the torment of the next life in which all people will be gathered together 103 We shall not postpone it except until a counted term. 104 And when the appointed Day comes, no one shall even dare to speak except by the leave of Allah. Then some will be declared wretched, others blessed. 105 As for the wretched, they shall be in the Fire, wherein there shall be for them moaning and sighing, therein dwelling forever, 106 Where they will dwell so long as heaven and earth endure, unless your Lord will otherwise. Verily your Lord does as He wills. 107 ۞ And as for the happy, they shall be in Paradise, therein dwelling forever, so long as the heavens and earth abide, save as thy Lord will -- for a gift unbroken. 108 So be not in doubt (O Muhammad SAW) as to what these (pagans and polytheists) men worship. They worship nothing but what their fathers worshipped before (them). And verily, We shall repay them in full their portion without diminution. 109
