The trumpet shall be sounded, when behold! from the sepulchres (men) will rush forth to their Lord! 51 "Woe betide us!" they will say, "Who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what the Lord of Mercy promised: the messengers spoke the truth! 52 It would be but a single blast of the trumpet, and they would all be arraigned before Us. 53 today no soul will be wronged at all; nor shall ye be requited but for that which ye have been working. 54 Surely the inmates of Paradise will be engaged in pastimes. 55 they and their wives, shall recline on couches in the shade. 56 For them will be fruits and whatever they ask. 57 “Peace” shall be the word conveyed to them from their Merciful Lord. 58 “Criminals, separate yourselves from others today! 59 ۞ Did I not commit you, O children of Adam, not to worship Satan who is your acknowledged foe, 60 But that ye worship Me? That was the right path. 61 He led astray many a throng of you; did you not understand? 62 Yonder is Hell, which ye were promised. 63 Suffer therein on this day for your disbelief. 64 We shall seal their lips that day; and their hands will speak, their feet testify to what they had done. 65 And if We listed, surely We should wipe out their eyes so that they would struggle for the way; how then would they see? 66 And had it been Our will [that they should not be free to choose between right and wrong,] We could surely have given them a different nature [and created them as beings rooted] in their places, so that they would not be able to move forward, and could not turn back.] 67
