(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat). Sent down in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
