The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
