And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
