۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
