Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So by oath of the things you see. 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
