Say: I am only a warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all): 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say: "This is a momentous message, 67 from which you are turning away.” 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 (God) said: "You have the respite 80 Until the day of the time appointed. 81 (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong, 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 [Allah] said, "The truth [is My oath], and the truth I say - 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 and you will most certainly grasp its purport after a lapse of time!" 88
