The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8
