Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
