Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 And a ban is laid on every town which We have destroyed, that they Shall not return. 95 Until the Gog and Magog (people) are let through (their barrier), and they swiftly swarm from every hill. 96 And [when] the true promise has approached; then suddenly the eyes of those who disbelieved will be staring [in horror, while they say], "O woe to us; we had been unmindful of this; rather, we were wrongdoers." 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 If those had been gods, they would never have gone down to it, but in it they shall live for ever. 99 There is groaning for them therein, and they do not hear. 100 Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it; 101 They will not hear the slightest sound thereof, while they abide in that which their souls desire. 102 The Great Terror will bring them no grief: but the angels will meet them (with mutual greetings): "This is your Day,- (the Day) that ye were promised." 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Verily in this (Qur'an) is a Message for people who would (truly) worship Allah. 106 (Muhammad), We have sent you for no other reason but to be a mercy for mankind. 107 Say, "It is revealed to me that there is only one Lord. Will you then submit yourselves to His will?" 108 If they turn away, say to them: "I have warned you all alike; and I cannot say whether what you have been promised is near or distant. 109 God surely knows what you say openly and also knows what you conceal. 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
