Surely, We shall help Our Messengers and the believers both in this world and on the Day when the witnesses rise. 51 the Day when the excuses offered by the wrong-doers shall not avail them. They shall be victims of the curse and a woeful abode. 52 We also gave Moses the guidance, and We bequeathed upon the Children of Israel the Book 53 as their inheritance and as a guide and a reminder to the people of understanding. 54 So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness for your fault, and glorify the praises of your Lord in the Ashi (i.e. the time period after the midnoon till sunset) and in the Ibkar (i.e. the time period from early morning or sunrise till before midnoon) [it is said that, that means the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) or the 'Asr and Fajr prayers]. 55 Verily those who dispute regarding the Signs of Allah without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts. Yet they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up. So seek refuge with Allah. Verily He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 56 Certainly the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of the men, but most people do not know 57 Not equal are the blind and the seeing man, those who believe and do deeds of righteousness, and the wrong-doer. Little do you reflect. 58 There is no doubt that the Hour is coming, yet most people do not believe. 59 Your Lord said: “Pray to Me, and I will accept your prayers. Surely those who wax too proud to worship Me shall enter Hell, utterly abased.” 60
