▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 (jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 47 These Gardens will abound in green, blooming branches. 48 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 49 In which, will be two fountains running. 50 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 Reclining on beds, the inner coverings of which are of silk brocade; and the fruits of the two gardens shall be within reach. 54 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 55 In these [gardens] will be mates of modest gaze, whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 Like unto Rubies and coral. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 Could the reward of good be aught but good? 60 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 61 And beside them are two other gardens, 62 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 63 Dark-green. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 67 In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them shall be good and pleasing. 70 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 71 Maidens (of Paradise, Houris) in cloistered cool pavilions. 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 Untouched before them by man or jinni - 74 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie? 75 They shall be reclining on green cushions and splendid carpets. 76 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 77 HALLOWED be thy Sustainer's name, full of majesty and glory! 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
