The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
