In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
CONSIDER these [messages,] sent forth in waves 1 Which then blow violently in tempestuous Gusts, 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 by (the angels) who make a clear distinction between right and wrong 4 And those that bring down the Reminder 5 To excuse or to warn, 6 Assuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass. 7 Then the stars will lose their light. 8 The heavens split asunder, 9 when the mountains shall be scattered 10 And when the messengers are brought unto their time appointed - 11 for what Day has this been appointed? 12 To the day of decision. 13 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 15 Did We not destroy the ancients, 16 So shall We make later (generations) follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.)! 18 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 19 Did We not create you from an abject fluid? 20 which We then placed in a secure repository 21 for an appointed term? 22 And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine. 23 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected the revelations of God! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 for the living and the dead, 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and given you fresh water to drink? 27 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 28 (It will be said unto them:) Depart unto that (doom) which ye used to deny; 29 Proceed to a shadow rising in three columns: 30 that will offer no [cooling] shade and will be of no avail against the flame 31 it throws spits as (high as a huge) palace, 32 As if they were yellowish [black] camels. 33 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 34 That will be a Day when they shall not be able to speak. 35 Nor shall they be permitted so that they might excuse themselves. 36 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 37 That will be the Day of Reckoning. Gathered will be (you) and the earlier (generations). 38 If you now have any conspiracy, carry it out on Me. 39 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
