"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you. 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
